Brisbane

Brisbane is a big and vibrant city of lights offering various different faces to its inhabitants or tourists. The city is noisy but at the same time offers beautiful spots bringing nature and calmness to the busy streets. Whether it is the fake beach, where people replace the daily grind with that feeling one gets when holidays start, or the various parks, like the botanic garden, where you wouldn't even realize that you're in the middle of a city if it wasn't for the skyscrapers in the background.
All in all I have to say that I like Brisbane and its atmosphere, maybe because the following picture reminded me a tiny bit of london...
...or maybe because we discovered this amazing chocolate café which just completely made my day as we replaced lunch with chocolate and fresh fruit!
